CFPR Bootcamp Classes - 4 Week Program

All fitness levels welcome & no prior experience needed. Our bootcamp classes are accessible to all fitness levels and can be scaled to your ability! No prior workout experience or intro courses required to participate in these classes.
Class Schedule: Bootcamp classes will run Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 12pm for 4 weeks. Classes are 45 minutes long.
Cost: $99+tax for 4 weeks of classes.
What to expect: Get stronger, feel better, lose body fat and have fun! We will incorporate cardio, plyometric, weighted and bodyweight exercises -- all constantly varied to keep your body challenged and you engaged.
Workout with your friends and save money! It's way more fun to sweat with your friends! If you bring three friends, your 4-week bootcamp session is FREE.
