Workout of the Day - 10/12/15

A.

Three sets:

OHS x 6-10 reps

Rest 30 seconds

Strict Pull-up (pronated grip) AMRAP-1 (or Assisted PU @31X1 for 4-6 reps)

Rest 90 seconds

 

B. Partner Workout**

For Time:

10, 9,  8....1

DB Squat Clean (moderate weight)

Burpee

**Each partner completes 10-1 of each movement. Both partners may work at the same time but never on the same exercise. All 10 squat cleans must be complete by P1 & 10 Burpees by P2 until partners can switch movements. Alternate in this manner from 10-1 reps.
