New to CrossFit? Let’s get started with Fundamentals!
What is Fundamentals and why do I need to do it? Our CrossFit Fundamentals is a pre-requisite for group classes for individuals who have never done CrossFit before and the perfect place to start. The classes provide an introduction to CrossFit that emphasize skill development and exposure to the basic CrossFit movements, while also ramping up your fitness level. We want to keep you safe and injury-free, so we place heavy emphasis on ensuring proper mechanics, technique and safety in the foundational movements before starting group classes and adding weight and intensity.
When can I start? Our next group Fundamentals series will begin May 8th and run MONDAY & THURSDAY evenings from 7:30-8:30pm for two weeks (4 total classes). You also get one free week of group classes once you’ve completed Fundamentals. Space is limited to 12 people – sign up today using the button below!
*Please make sure you can attend at least 3 out of the 4 classes before you sign up. Make-up sessions will be charged at the personal training rate of $75+tax per hour.
What if the group Fundamentals days/times don't fit my schedule? Join us for Personal Training Fundamentals! This version of Fundamentals consists of four private, one-hour sessions with a trainer that can be scheduled at days and times that work with your schedule and ours. Fundamentals Intro Series Rates
Fundamentals Group Classes – $99*: 4 one-hour sessions and 1 week of group classes (note: no pro-rating or makeup credits will be issued; week of group classes must follow end of Fundamentals classes)
Fundamentals Personal Training – $250*: 4 one-hour private sessions
*Plus WA state sales tax.
