If you've never done CrossFit before, our Fundamentals introductory series is the perfect place to start. Fundamentals emphasizes skill development and exposure to the basic CrossFit movements, ensuring proper mechanics, technique and safety before starting group classes.
At-home training is a great option if your schedule is tight or you don't feel ready for Fundamentals and group classes. Our 21-day program will help you develop a regular workout routine, create a foundation of strength and conditioning, and fast-track your fat loss results!
