Why I love CrossFit: CrossFit is a great Movement Practice. You are able improve on functional movement patterns that all humans were built to do, whilst working with a fun and loving community that encourage each other toward their individual goals.
Favorite Movement: Kettlebell Swing. Power, speed, and endurance in one movement. (Oh and CARs)
Fun Fact: I perform CARs (controlled articular rotations) on a daily basis no matter the setting and environment. (as shown in profile photo).
