Why I love CrossFit: CrossFit is my way to make a bad day better, an okay day great, or a great day Awesome! I also have had the pleasure of watching CrossFit change peoples lives and watched people do things they never thought possible and that's pretty cool!
Favorite Movement: Double Unders (I love me some double unders) or anything body weight.
