Why I love CrossFit: No matter your age, fitness ability, or physical ability, there are modifications to get you through any workout. I worked out through pregnancy, and through a 100 pound weight loss. CrossFit is for everyone, not just the super elite athlete. Plus, it’s a different workout every day so it never gets boring!
