Why I love CrossFit: 2 main reasons (amongst 1000s of others):
1) You get the most bang for your buck. It’s always different and you get to improve on every aspect of fitness (strength, gymnastic, endurance, high intensity, etc etc.) all in a 60 minute class.
2) Through CrossFit, I’ve met the most amazing people that I want to hang out with everyday for the rest of my life. And I’ve found this to be true no matter where I travel around the world.
Favorite Movement: I never have a good answer for this. Every movement is always hard. I’m “better” at some movements than others, but it doesn’t mean I necessarily like them. Maybe heavy-ish snatch? It requires a combination of technique, strength, mobility, and explosive power.
Fun Fact: I have a blog site on WordPress about Tim Tam Slams, but I never wrote anything on it. I do love Tim Tams tho.
