CrossFit is both fun and effective. You will get the results of personal training but in a social, group fitness environment. We are all about community and getting to know the people you workout with -- it's much more fun to get through a tough workout together!
You get the most bang for your buck in one hour: mobility, strength, and conditioning. We take out the guess-work and provide you with a comprehensive program every day. Each class includes an instructor-led warm-up, strength training session, and conditioning circuit, aimed at getting you the results you want in the shortest amount of time.
Every workout is scaled to your ability. You will receive individualized coaching to make sure each workout is delivering the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. There is no need to "get in shape" before starting CrossFit -- we have tons of options to make sure you can participate in every workout!
Each class is led by a knowledgeable, supportive coach. Our coaches are here to help you on your fitness journey, providing modifications and scaling options to fit your abilities and ensure each class is customized to your needs. We offer detailed instruction, high-fives, insightful coaching cues, and the right amount of push to help you improve.

CrossFit Group Training Rates
Recurring Monthly Memberships
(A recurring monthly membership is required to attend group classes. Drop-in classes are only to be used in addition to monthly membership or for visitors from other gyms.)
Orange Monthly Membership – $209*: Unlimited CrossFit classes per month
Slate Monthly Membership – $175*: 8 total CrossFit classes per month
Family Add-on – $175*: Unlimited CrossFit classes per month. Applied to the account of the second person to sign-up.
*Plus WA state sales tax.
Drop-in Classes (NOT A MEMBERSHIP OPTION)
(Drop-in classes and weekly passes are for use BY VISITORS FROM OTHER GYMS ONLY or in addition to a monthly membership, and are not a membership option for attending regular group classes.)
Drop-in Class – $23*: One group class
Weekly Pass – $60* (out-of-town visitors only): One calendar week of classes
*Plus WA state sales tax.
Payment: Group classes are billed via automatic, recurring credit card charge each month. Private training is billed via credit card per visit. All sales are final.
Cancelling Membership: Please let us know via email at least 5 days prior to your billing date if you would like to cancel your monthly membership or 5 days prior to the end of your contract if on 6-month or 1-year contract (we can look up your billing date for you if you don’t know it). If no advance written cancellation is given, membership will renew at the current terms. All sales are final and refunds will not be made after your monthly charge has been processed.
Holding Memberships/Membership “Credits": We CANNOT put memberships “on hold” for any period of time for any reason. If you cancel your membership and then re-subscribe, you will sign-up at the current membership rate. No credits will be issued for unused monthly memberships or classes after the active period for that monthly charge, regardless of reason.
