We begin all personal training engagements with a free consultation. Sit down with one of our coaches to talk about your fitness history, your goals, a realistic time frame for achieving them, and an idea of what the steps will be to get there.  There is no obligation -- just a chance for you to get to know us and us to get to know you, with no nonsense and no hard sell.

Every personal training session is one-on-one with an experienced coach and designed for your exact fitness goals. Once we know your fitness goals, we will develop a specific program to get you there. Your personal training program includes:

  • Guided goal setting, results tracking, and monitoring
  • Custom workouts, programmed to your needs and ability level
  • Movement selection designed to build on your current strengths and improve any weaknesses
  • Nutrition guidance to increase your rate of results
