Warm-up: foot drills

A.

4 sets:

Close Grip Bench Press x 3-5 reps

rest 60s

Bent Over DB Row x 5-8 reps w/1s pause against chest

rest 90s

B.

For time (or AMRAP in 10 minutes if less than 60 reps):

60 Toes 2 Bar

**Perform 20 Double Unders each time you come off bar

Cool down: few minutes of foam rolling lower legs/stretch calves
