Deadlift x 2-4 reps

rest 30s

Single arm DB Push-Press x 8/arm (rest 30s b/w arms)

Rest 90s (before starting deadlifts again)


Partner Workout - 10 min AMRAP

P1: Row 20 Cals

P2: AMRAP Manmakers

**P1 is rowing while P2 is accumulating manmakers; once P1 has finished the 20 cals, partners switch, etc.

Score is total cals plus total manmakers per team.

Cool down:

2-3 sets:

Quadruped Thoracic Rotation x 10/side

Child's Pose x 30sec
