Rest 60s

Strict Pull-up AMRAP-1 (leave 1 in the tank)

Rest 90s

Partner Workout

4 Rounds:

P1 - Row 250m

P2 - KB Double Front Rack Hold (53/35# per arm)

**P1 can only row while KBs are held in F/R.

**Note time once P1/P2 each complete 4 rounds.
