Workout of the Day - 1/11/16

A. Five Sets:

Box Jump - step down x 4 reps (alt legs on step down, focus on landing softly on box, increase height as able)

Rest 90sec b/w sets

B. 5 Sets:

10 Deadlifts TnG

8 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push-Jerks

REST/WALK 2 minutes between each set

*Start ~60% max multi-rep push-jerk & increase per set as able

C. Cool Down: 2 sets

Barbell calf mash x 30 sec/side

Barbell quad mash x 60 sec/side
