Rest 60s

Barbell Bilateral Upright Row x 5-8 reps

Rest 90s

B. Three Rounds for Time:

Run 600m (around block)

12 DB Burpee Deadlifts (Moderately Tough- NTE 55/35# per hand)

C. Cool Down - 2 sets:

Foam roll IT bands x 60 sec/side

Foam roll Thoracic Spine x 30 sec
