Workout of the Day - 2/26/16

CrossFit Open 16.1 workout 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

We will run the workout in all group class sessions and also at a special Friday Night Lights session from 5:30-7:30pm. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to workout (even if you're not officially signed up for the Open), or even just come hangout and cheer others on. The social fridge is fully stocked!
