A. Three sets of:

Close Grip Bench Press x 3-5 reps

Rest 30s (spot partner)

Russian KBS x 10-15 reps

Rest 90s


B. 2-3 Sets:

In 3 Minutes complete:

500m Row

AMRAP Burpees in remaining time

Rest/walk 3minutes

*2 Sets recommended for 16.2 participants @80 & 90% effort


C. Cool Down:

Scorpion stretch x 5 each side

child's pose x 30-45 sec
