A. Four sets of:

Single arm DB Strict Press x 5-8/arm

Rest 30 secs b/w arms

30s Upper Body Gymnastics Pulling Practice (Ecc Pull-ups, Kipping Pull-ups, muscle-ups, etc)

Rest 90s

B. AMRAP in 12 minutes:

5 Push-Press (60-70%max NTE 135/95lbs or 125% max DB#)

100m Run (77th st)


C. Cool Down:

foam roll lats/t-spine/IT bands
