A. Three sets:

Arch to Hollow Rolls x 8-12 reps

Rest 45 sec

Handstand Work x 60 secs (holds, shoulder taps, free standing, wall climb + holds) – use a partner to assist if necessary

Rest 90 sec

B. "DT"

5 Rounds for Time:

12 Deadlifts (70-80% max S2O NTE 155/105lbs)

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Shoulder to Overhead

 

C. Cool down: Banded hammy stretch
