Bent over barbell row (pause 2 sec against sternum) x 12,10,8 reps

(rest 90-120 secs)

Front leaning rest (plank with arms extended) x 45-90 sec unbroken

(rest 90-120 secs)


B. 5 rounds for time: (15 min time cap)

400m Run (79th st)

15 DB push jerks - (Rx 30/15# per hand)


C. Cool Down:

Puppy pose x 45 sec

Thread the needle x 30 sec per side
