A. 5 Sets:

Power Clean TNG x 3 reps + Front squat x 3 reps (same weight)

(rest 2 minutes b/w sets)


B. 4 sets:

On a 3 minute running clock...

100ft Farmers carry (70/53# each hand)

15 KB deadlifts - same weights as FC

Max OH medball squats in remaining time (20/14#)

(rest 1 minute btwn sets)


C. Cool Down:

Spiderman lunge stretch x 45 sec/side

Quad stretch x 30 sec/side
