Every 90 secs for 8 sets:

Hang power clean x 3 reps

(Work 65-80% 1RM)

 

B. With a partner For time:

55 Deadlifts - 185/115lbs

55 Row calories

55 Box jump overs - 24/20"

55 Perfect pushups

*one partner works while other rests. Must go through in order but break up reps however.

 

C. Cool Down:

Banded Hammie stretch
