Workout of the Day - Fri 6/3/16

A. 3 Sets:

Seg. Clean Deadlift x 8 reps (light weight - use as warmup for cleans) 


B. Paused* power clean x 3,2,1,1,1,2,3

(rest 45-60 seconds)

*pause 2 sec at knee each rep, then finish


C. Front leaning rest - 5 minute running clock

*if you drop out of the plank get back into is as quickly as possible - Goal would be to eventually hold 5/5 minutes


D. Cool Down: Banded hammie stretch
