The instructors are amazing - they are all encouraging, supportive, knowledgable and super fun (even at 5:30 am). Safety and form are always the #1 priority. The variety of work-outs is awesome - you'll never be bored. Lifting, rowing, running, wall balls, burpees, rope climb, box jumps, kettle bells, etc. - they have it all!

As a CrossFit newbie who was fairly out of shape, I was rather intimidated by this workout craze. However, both Emily (owner/trainer) and the general atmosphere at the gym, made me feel at ease right away. The workouts are tough, but doable. The community is friendly and encouraging to all, regardless of skill level.
