EMPOWER is our 6-week functional fitness program for women 60+ that focuses on improving strength, bone density, balance and flexibility.
The goal is not to win competitions or set lifting records, but rather to be strong and healthy to help you MAXIMIZE your retirement years and enjoy your highest quality of life.

> 6-week program running Tuesday & Thursdays from 11:30AM-12:30PM [we sold out our first session which runs at 10:30AM and have added an 11:30am session!]

> Classes are limited to 12 women to ensure you get plenty of personal attention.
> No fitness experience necessary! Every workout will be modified and scaled to your ability.

EMILY SHUBIN SILCOCK
Emily is the owner of CrossFit Phinney Ridge and has trained hundreds of clients over the past decade (many over age 60!).
Her goal is to make fitness accessible and fun, helping each person experience the quality of life benefits that come from smart strength training and functional fitness scaled to your unique abilities.
She is passionate about helping women over 60 feel strong and confident and providing them with a proven plan for getting results.
