Last weekend we put on real clothes and hung out with our gym friends at beach 🏖 Hope everyone has been enjoying their summer!

This past weekend a bunch of CFPR folks took their fitness outside for a challenging Ragnar Trail Race at Mt. Bachelor.

Be sure to give them lots of high fives when you see them because that mountain was no joke!

We’re continuing our testing phase at the gym and have been absolutely floored by all the phenomenal PRs, great form, and seeing our members being more balanced athlet
