Credentials: Crossfit Level 1

I joined CrossFit eight years ago as a way to improve my running, but quickly realized Crossfit is way more fun and effective than running. What keeps me motivated is one- how strong I feel, and two, my desire to ski, hike, and travel into my eighties. My fitness philosophy is to set a goal, hit it, and do it again. You’re never too old to hit a PR or learn a new skill. Right now I’m determined to walk on my hands. I’ll get it eventually.
